Miraesa Temple (미래사) in Tongyeong, South Korea is picturesque all year round. Located on the slopes of Mireuk-san, it sits among lush pine trees and tranquil mountain paths. I decided to visit and photograph the area one rainy summer day. I was blessed with beautiful light and an ethereal mist that morning. The rain was steady and plentiful, but not too heavy. All these elements came together to paint beautiful scenes for me and my camera. Needless to say, me and my camera gear ended up soaked that morning, but I think it was well worth it.
