Trade events can be quite interesting. The sheer number of companies, countries, and products all gathered in one place gives participants and visitors a sensory experience that they won’t soon forget. That was definitely the case for Seoul Food 2019 at Kintex. I was once again commissioned to work with Apex Brasil, this time to photograph the Brazil Pavillon and document the day’s proceedings there. Numerous companies were represented, bringing well-known Brazilian products like açaí, coffee, nuts, and propolis, among others. The event was attended by the Brazilian ambassador and embassy staff, as well as hundreds of interested buyers. I saw many familiar faces from the last Brazilian event, which made the day even better.
